Unopened unused items can be refunded if returned within 30 days in its original packaging. We are not responsible for return shipping costs
Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons we DO NOT offer refunds OR exchanges on items that you simply no longer want.
If you receive an item damaged or faulty we will be happy to exchange or refund this for you.
Damaged, faulty and wrong items must be reported within 10 days to receive refund or exchange.
orders over $100 will require signature at delivery.
If products are not opened and in original packaging you may qualify for refund/exchange.
Eyeshine Cosmetics is not responsible for return postage and packaging unless we have sent a wrong or faulty item.
Please note that all our items are hand made, and unique. There may be some differences in products, this is not considered a fault, and should not affect the overall look of the product.
- Shipping times of 1-7 business days are estimates and are not guaranteed, as there may be delays due to the holidays, and or bad weather
